Shipping Policy

We ship from our shop in Montrose, Colorado and do our best to get gear into your hands fast so you can get on the water.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak season (spring and summer) or sale events, processing may take an extra business day. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Available shipping options:

       Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days in transit (USPS or UPS Ground)

       Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days in transit (rates calculated at checkout)

       Overnight Shipping: Next business day in transit when ordered before our daily cutoff (rates calculated at checkout)

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and do not include order processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our shop.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

Transit times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Important for international customers: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges assessed by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Refusal to pay duties or taxes that results in a returned shipment will be treated as a standard return, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@edsflyshop.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including filing a carrier claim if needed.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

       Check with neighbors and at your delivery location

       Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number

       Reach out to us within 7 days and we’ll help you file a claim

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers can select in-store pickup at checkout to skip shipping fees entirely. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Pick up at:
