The women's Deck-Boss in Maritime — the deep blue colorway, and comfortably the most-wanted boot we sell. Grundens built the Deck-Boss for commercial crews on wet decks, and it has become the boot a lot of women here wear for everything around the fishing: the launch, mud season, the barn, the school run.

100% waterproof, ankle height, pull-on. No laces to soak or tie with cold hands.

Specifications

Outsole Non-marking lugged rubber with razor-cut siping — sheds mud while gripping a wet deck

Down to the last pairs. Maritime moves faster than any other colorway in this boot and we are nearly out. Check the selector — and if your size is gone, call 970-964-9991 and we will tell you honestly when Grundens can get it to us and put your name on the pair. This one is worth waiting for rather than settling for a colour you like less.

Current pricing is on the selector above.

Why siping works. Those razor cuts open as the sole flexes, so water and mud squeeze out from under the tread instead of sitting there like a lubricant. It is why a deck boot grips wet aluminum when a hiking sole skates — same principle as a snow tire.

Available now in other colors: the Women's Deck-Boss in Silt and Cherry is in stock in a full size run on its own listing. Different colour, identical boot.

Not a wading boot — no drainage, no studs, and water over the top stays in. For actual wading, the Grundens Bedrock or Bankside.

Care: wipe with a damp cloth, cold fresh water only, no solvents. Pull the insoles and air dry away from sun or a heater — heat degrades rubber faster than wear does.
