Montana Fly Company
Montana Fly Company has been supplying fly shops out of Columbia Falls, Montana since 1998. We carry them mainly for the bench: MFC hooks, dubbing, feathers and synthetics do a lot of quiet work in our tying section, and their fly boxes are the ones we hand people who want something that will actually survive a season in a vest.

On MFC flies. We are currently out of stock on MFC's tied flies across the board — dries, nymphs, terrestrials, lake patterns and streamers. If you came here for a specific MFC pattern, call the shop at 970-964-9991 and we will tell you where it stands rather than let you hunt through empty listings. In the meantime our flies collection is stocked from other tiers with proven Colorado patterns.
The fly boxes are the reason most people end up here. MFC boxes hold their gaskets, the foam grips hooks instead of letting them rattle loose, and the larger boat boxes take a genuine season's worth of streamers. If you are choosing between a slit-foam and a compartment box, bring in what you tie and we will match it.
