This is a spare spool for the Lamson Litespeed, sold on its own without a reel. An extra spool lets you carry a second line, floating, sink-tip, or a specialty taper, and switch it in seconds instead of stripping and re-spooling on the water.
The spool shares the Litespeed's fully machined super-arbor architecture for high retrieve rates and quick line drying. The marine LSM version pairs with the hybrid Cobalt-style drag and carries an IPX8 waterproof rating to 100 feet, so it is ready for fresh water or salt.
