The water you are watching
The Gunnison runs through some of the best trout water in Colorado, and the stretches below the Black Canyon are what you see on screen. It is big, wild country, and most of the good access takes either a boat or a long walk in.
We hold BLM permits on the Gunnison Gorge, the Lower Gunnison, the Uncompahgre, and the San Miguel, and our guides fish this water year round. If watching the show made you want to go, we can put you on it.
