Specifics:
Well, it might be great, but I never received it, and haven't heard anything back from the 3 emails I've sent to Ed's about the package being lost in the mail for weeks. Disappointing.
Thomas, we’re sorry this order never reached you, and that our replies didn’t come as quickly as they should have. The package made it to your local post office and then stalled, so we filed a case with USPS. When USPS didn’t respond, we sent a replacement so you weren’t left waiting any longer.
