The name says it all. Cimarron: /sim-uh-rohn/ — wild, untamed. The original Cimarron came out in the 1980s and became a hallmark of the Ross brand. This reimagined platform honors that legacy and brings it up to what today's anglers expect. Gold and red accents pay homage to the iconic Coors Banquet can, making this reel stand out on the water and in any collection.
Built on the newly redesigned Cimarron platform, the reel runs a drag system based on the renowned Ross Animas — dependable stopping power in a lightweight anodized aluminum frame. The premium bronze Cerakote drag knob gives precise adjustments and stands up to drops and dings. The Cerakoted escapement cover adds another layer of durability and a refined finishing touch.
