A second spool turns one Evolution LTX into two rigged setups. Dry line on the reel, sink tip or nymph rig on the spare — when the fishing changes, you swap the spool instead of stripping and re-rigging on the bank.
This listing is the spare spool only. Match the size to your reel. Machined and anodized in Montrose, Colorado, in the same shop as the reel it drops into.

A tip from the counter: buy the spool in a different color than your reel. Sounds silly until you are standing in the river at dusk trying to remember which spool has the sink tip.
Includes the same bell-shaped arbor and line channel as the reel. Bring your reel by the shop and we will spool it up with backing and line while you wait.
