This is a deck boot, not a wading boot. Simms builds and describes it for docks and boat decks. It is not designed to go over a wader bootie and Simms publishes no stud compatibility for it. If you need to be in the river, the Freestone and Tributary wading boots are the ones — both stocked here.
Sizing: whole sizes only and no width options, so a half size or a wide foot needs a conversation. These run heavy at just over three pounds a pair and the neoprene lining takes up room. Call 970-964-9991 and we will get it right the first time.
Warranty: Simms covers functional defects with a replacement. Within the first year, repairs are on them. Beyond a year they will repair it or make it right. Simms's wader-specific terms do not apply to footwear.
