Slide an Air Sprung Cell or self-inflating mat into the Air Chair, tension the side straps, and the mat folds into a supported seat with a back. For a raft trip or a walk-in camp where a real chair is out of the question, it is the difference between sitting against a rock all evening and actually relaxing.
The pole sleeve is reinforced and capped with puncture-proof synthetic rubber so the pole ends do not work through the fabric. Side straps use upgraded side-release Field Repair Buckles with a stainless-steel pin, and the base is a 70D fabric with a 2000mm waterhead that keeps your mat off wet or abrasive ground. Back panel and strap anchors are sewn from high-tenacity, abrasion-resistant fabric.
