Abel Vaya Fly Reel - Basic Black - 5/6 WT with Ebony Handle

Basic Black is the Vaya finish for anglers who want their reel to disappear and let the fishing take center stage. In a 5/6 with a dark ebony handle, this is the most versatile trout setup Abel makes - understated, all business, and ready for just about any five- or six-weight in the rack.

Built in Colorado, the Vaya is a partially-ported, large-arbor reel running a sealed carbon-and-stainless drag. It stays light on the rod but delivers smooth, fully adjustable stopping power when a fish turns downstream and puts your tippet to the test.
