Echo Gecko Trout 7ft 9in 5WT Fly Rod

The Echo Gecko is a purpose-built first fly rod for young anglers, sized and balanced so small hands can actually feel the rod load during the cast. This 7'9" 5-weight has enough backbone for panfish, bass, and average trout while staying forgiving enough that a beginner's timing mistakes still turn into fishable loops.

A medium-fast action keeps things easy and playful, and the short lower grip lets kids drop a second hand on the rod for extra leverage or a first taste of two-handed casting. Bright yellow cosmetics make it fun to pick up and hard to leave at home.
