Two Rods Rigged and Locked Up on the Roof
The Thule RodVault 2-Rod lets you leave the river with your rods still strung up and drive to the next spot without breaking anything down. It carries two fully rigged fly rods up to 10 ft on your roof rack inside a lockable, corrosion-resistant aluminum body. Pull up, unlock, and you are fishing in minutes.
The padded reel box protects your reels, and its spring-loaded door pops open when you unlock it. 46 mm internal rod openings fit the larger guides on heavy rods, so a rigged 12 weight goes in as easily as a trout rod. The low, aerodynamic shape cuts wind noise at highway speed. SpeedLink mounting hardware installs without tools on most roof racks. Need room for longer two-handers or switch rods? The optional RodVault 2-Rod Extender (sold separately) takes capacity to 12 ft. The RodVault won a 2026 Red Dot award.
