The SlipRidge is the folder in Benchmade's Hunt Collection, built for field dressing, skinning and caping, and comfortable enough to carry every day the rest of the year.
The blade is a broad 3.5" modified clip-point in CPM-MagnaCut, finished with Benchmade's SelectEdge ultra-fine sharpening. MagnaCut holds an edge like a tool steel while shrugging off rust, which matters on a knife that gets bloody, wet and put away in a hurry. Contoured pinch points give you a precise grip for detail work.
The handle is full-liner construction with user-removable scales that cover the pivot, which keeps debris out and lets you take the knife apart to clean it properly after a harvest. It locks with Benchmade's next-gen AXIS lock.
Two versions: Rust Orange G10, easy to find if you set it down in the field, or Dark Brown stabilized wood for a more classic look.
It pairs with the SlipRidge Fixed blade if you want a matched kit.
