A tough 3-layer stretch-woven shell sheds wind and water, while a soft grid-fleece interior traps warmth without bulk, ideal under waders or on their own for winter walk-and-wade days.
The fabric is 9.6-oz 86% recycled polyester with 14% spandex bonded to a windproof laminate, finished with a durable water repellent (DWR) made without intentionally added PFAS. Two front drop-in pockets and a rear zippered security pocket keep essentials at hand.
