Who this package is for: anglers who fish multiple drainages and want to stay away from felt entirely. Run plain XS Trek for trails, boats, and moderate wading; clip on the studded version — 36 carbide studs — when the rock gets slick or you are wading fast water. That covers nearly everything felt would do, without moving whirling disease spores or didymo between rivers.
Swapping takes about a minute and no tools. Insert the toe clips, secure the heel strap, step down, and gravity seats the sole. That is the whole OmniTrax 3.0 system, and it is the reason people buy Korkers.

A naming note: if you have owned Korkers before and are looking for “Vibram Idrogrip,” that sole is now called Vibram XS Trek. Same family, current name.
Warranty: the River Ops carries the extended two-year Rock Solid Guarantee — twice the coverage of most Korkers boots — and OmniTrax soles are covered as well. Note the exclusion: rust and corrosion damage, particularly from saltwater, is not covered. Korkers publishes no country of manufacture.
Want a felt option instead? The same boot ships in a felt plus Vibram XS Trek package, and a lace-up River Ops with the identical upper is available if you would rather skip the dial. Both on our site. You can also buy any OmniTrax sole separately and build whatever combination you want later.
Sizing: whole sizes only, and boots go over your wader booties — plan on about a full size above your street shoe.
