Already own a PEAK vise? The Large Iron Retention System conversion head drops onto your existing PEAK base or c-clamp and turns it into a big-iron vise, without buying a second complete setup.
Choose the head that matches the hook wire you tie on. Each one uses the same LIRS drawbar that captures and retains the hook rather than relying on friction between two parallel faces.
- #1 - holds hook wire up to .195 inches, for the largest offshore and predator irons
- #2 - holds hook wire up to .134 inches, for pike, musky and medium saltwater
- #3 - holds hook wire up to .095 inches, for streamers and heavy nymphs
Fits PEAK pedestal bases and c-clamps. 360 degree rotation, pivoting head, hardened draw bar and hook nest.
