9 wt 13' 3" Big water, chinook, large flies

Fast action. Current pricing is on the selector above.

On grain windows — read this before buying a line. G. Loomis does not publish grain windows for their spey rods. Only line weight. Their stated position is that grain window and line weight designations should be used as a general guide and will vary based on different manufacturer's line specifications, as well as each angler's casting style.

Some manufacturers do publish windows — Winston and Redington both do — so if a published number is what you want, say so and we will show you those. If you want the G. Loomis, call 970-964-9991 and we will get a head recommendation from our rep and build the whole line system with you: Skagit or Scandi, running line, tips. On a two-hander that pairing is more of the performance than the rod is.
